Ingredients
2 oz. fettuccine
2 tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves
3/4 c. pumpkin puree
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. chopped rosemary
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Slocal Pumpkin oil
Instructions
Take a large pot, boil the salted water, add fettuccine. You should cook until fettuccine is al dente. Drain the fettuccine. Now is time for the sauce. In a large pan melt the butter, add chopped garlic and sauté, this should take about 1 minute. Then mix in rosemary and pumpkin, add also milk and throughly stir. Add in Parmesan and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Toss pasta in the sauce and you are done. Garnish with parsley and a drop of Slocal Pumpkin oil. Enjoy and bon apetit!
