Ingredients
3 c. All-purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Cloves
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
1 c. Canned Pumpkin Puree
1 c. Mashed Ripe Banana
1 c. Chopped Pecans
1 tsp. Slocal Pumpkin oil
Instructions
Start by heating the oven to 350ºF.
Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and spices together. In a separate bowl, beat sugars, vegetable oil, a sprinkle of Slocal pumpkin oil and eggs until combined. Add pumpkin and banana; mix well. Stir in flour mixture. Fold in pecans. Divide batter evenly between pans. Bake for 45–60 minutes.
Cool in pans for 5 minutes. Run a knife around the edge and pop out of pans.
